Hey guys, I’ve just made 4 separate claim pages for 4 different NFTs for my collectors.
Each NFT is roughly the same size, dimensions and duration.
However 1 of the claim pages doesn’t update and doesn’t play the animation, instead it just shows the thumbnail. I’ve refreshed, viewed on different browsers and even re-uploaded the video file and thumbnail but nothing works. Just curious as to why it’s singled out one work and it won’t play?
