Manifold Gallery displays old version of the metadata

Hey!

My most recent mint seems to be showing the unrevealed version of the token. The tokenURI has been updated and should now return the revealed artwork. But unfortunately manifold gallery still shows the unrevealed version:

Is there a way to refresh the metadata manually? Or if there is an issue, is there any way I could debug what is going wrongly? The token is correctly visible in most major marketplaces including Opensea and it uses less than 30M read gas so I’m rather certain the tokenURI is well-formed

Clicking “View Metadata” inside Manifold Gallery also reveals the correct data. So maybe this is a caching issue on Manifold Gallery’s side?

gm - Thanks for reaching out and for flagging this. Curious where these tokens were minted? Would love to hear a little more about how you’re looking to launch these works.

We’ve recently updated Gallery, and the link at gallery.manifold.xyz may be dated and may not display properly. The current Gallery experience only displays works minted via Manifold Studio, so tokens minted elsewhere won’t appear there for the time being. :folded_hands:

Okay thanks for the explanation!

The token was minted on my own custom ERC-721 contract as single tokenERC721

I respect the boundaries you are placing: if Manifold Gallery is not supposed to work as a general purpose gallery, I will simply stop linking to it in my showcase

And thank you for the swift response! You can consider this case closed
