Manifold Studio - Add Date of Creation

Hi Manifold Team,

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to share a small feature request that could be really helpful for creators. Would it be possible to add a tab or functionality in Manifold Studio that allows us to order tokens by their date of creation and not only for the last update?

This would make organizing and managing collections a lot smoother, especially for those of us working with multiple editions and projects.

Thanks so much for considering this! I really appreciate all the amazing tools you’ve built for the community.

Best regards,
Deyvis Malta

gm! Thanks for reaching out - I’m curious will organing by date help you find the first pieces created? Do you often go back and edit the first created pieces?

Actually - What do you think would be the best way for you to organize your work? Do you think you would want to see recent contracts/instances from each of them?

:eyes: keeping tabs on this. once we know the use-cases etc we can spec it out and get it live!

Thanks for the response guys, sorry for my late one!

Organizing my work by date could definitely help me locate the first pieces created, which is especially useful when reflecting on the progression of my projects. That said, I rarely go back to edit those initial pieces when already sold out. But when we speak about a collection of 10 editions that is slowly minting, I often go back to change or edit the description.

I’ve been thinking about the best ways to organize work is letting people be free organizing the works they have. Let them drag arround the images on the display back and forward, let them create folders and add a tittle/theme on the folder. Create a tab to organize with date of creation, date of edits…

I feel that having a system to view recent contracts or instances tied to specific collections would be incredibly useful. Additionally, tools for tagging pieces by themes or milestones could streamline the process even further, especially for managing multiple collections over time.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on how these ideas might align with your platform’s features.

Thank you guys,
DeyvisMalta

It makes sense that as your collection and work grows, you would want more sophisticated organization systems. I’ve shared your feedback with our team, thanks for your thoughtful response.

Are there any other friction points you’re noticing with Studio aside from organization issues?
