How big is this file? It might have to do with PDF - But will require a bit more of an investigation

It is like 250mg maybe.
Can I edit and change the file? I have one that is smaller. Do you know which is the size limit for this not to happen?
And I want support for something else, but a bit more complex. I am bringing my post graduation program to the blockchain, and I would like to bring all of its documents onchain. I want to know if I can talk to someone in order to develop this properly, since it will be an official act from my university.

Can manifold really present pdfs? I am having a lot of errors, and this is forbids me to sell. People will not buy a magazine with an error in the main listing page.
