Recently minted an NFT in my collection and I had to re-upload the image to fix something in it, however after doing so, it failed to reflect the changes I made on both Etherscan and Foundation. I tried refreshing metadata on manifold multiple times to no avail. It DOES show up correctly on Rarible, Opensea, LooksRare, and Manifold Gallery tho. Do i need to burn and re-attempt minting?
No, you can request they update your token metadata. Etherscan/Foundation do not have an API to refresh metadata unfortunately.
