Hi guy,i am gonna upload over 1000 NFT IN one transaction(Batch) do you think i wont have any technical problems or i should split tokens in 10 with 100 each?

You should do 10 batches of 100 each. Doing them all in one transaction is likely going to be over the gas limit for blocks.
