Hi, I created a collection now, It took me 3 attempts, each time I uploaded the art typed out all the descriptions and the site got slower as I added the images so it took me about an hour every time, on my thrid attempt I was a bit short tempered and typing fast I made a typo on the main heading/title I typed Unk instead of Ink. I tried fixing it at the time, but going to “previous” and going forward again didint offer me the option to edit it. Anyway I edited it on each of the individual listings so thought it was fine until I deployed and there it is in the main title. “Wildlife in Unk” How do I go back and fix it because the edit function only takes me back to the individual items again. ?
The pieces look great!
I’m seeing Wildlife in Ink here, which section are you referring to?
Hey Lyndo, thanks fior the assist, Its on the summary page for the collection. It looks likes its “ink” when I look at the collection on Opensea tho…? Attached a screenshot.
Ah ok - So this display only exists in Studio and doesn’t reflect anything on chain. This is great feedback for us, we’ll add it to our list of UX improvements
Cool, great.
PS The listing took me a while to put together, the first two attempts I loaded each piece and added the descriptions at the same time, the images are JPGs and range from 10-20 Megs each. As I added more images so the site lagged more. Text would populate one character at a time - so if I made a mistake Id have to wait for the deleting to stop wherever that was and redo it. It was quite frustrating but I was hitting “save and continue” between each piece. Then I accidentally closed the tab and when I reopened it the work was gone. Does ‘save’ not save the process in my profile? On my second attempt the site seemed to have crashed as I was finishing off loading the pieces. The 3rd attempt I did all the descriptions first and then loaded the images.
thank you for this feedback Godlessape.
we will be prioritising a fix for the media upload and metadata update process, as we have been hearing similar things in the same timespan. we apologise for the frustrations caused by this, and are endeavouring to resolve this issue ASAP
