Mp4 Artwork not playing (it worked a day later)

I did a test mint on Sepolia.

Mp4 file is only 24mb but it doesn’t play automatically on Opensea or Manifold. Only the thumbnail is showing, but if I copy the animation url from the metadata it plays ok.

I noticed that the mp4 is uploaded to cloudfront whilst the thumbnail is uploaded to arweave even at the testnet stage. Is that why the animation will not play at test mint stage?

Just to update. It seemed to have worked when I tried again one day later.
