I’m currently working on a drop that people can claim a free nft with their purchase of a physical item they just have to use a claim code. I’ve created 12 claim codes in all caps and published it. When I go to use one as a test I keep getting a pop up that says (Error: Transaction failed. Please try again. If it fails again, please contact support.)
Ah sorry that is happening - Can you try again, this time with a screenshot of the error with the console visible? It will help us see the errors. Instructions here:

Silly question but, did you type it into the Redemption Code box on the previous step using all caps etc? Debugging blind in the meantime! Thanks for the report.
