My creator % don't get updated, on OS its greyed out

I created my first contract and minted my tokens. All went good on OS, except it doent seem to update my Default Royalties section, i paid twice for it to save, but if i click the " Your OpenSea royalties are not set! Click here to set them." the section about royalties is greyed out and says this collection is not eligable?

Hi, Happy New Year. I have the same problem too. I paid a few times to update the royalties section, yet when I go to OpenSea it says 0% creator fees, so I was wondering whether to list for sale yet.
