My new Open Edition is marked as ended - with an end date in 1 month

I’ve just created an Open Edition with an end date: 31st October of 2025 - and it is marked as ended. Why it ended when the end date is in 1 month?

Same issue happening with my OE with End Date set for 10/31 claim page says already ended
