My video has uploaded incorrectly on the claim page taking it from portrait into landscape. Please can you help me, it’s meant to be going live in a couple of hours. I’m very stressed out

Thanks for the response Lyndo. I actually figured out the issue was a compressed file (I used handbrake) have you ever seen this issue before and is there a work around? In the future I’d like to use smaller files so my work shows up on other platforms
