Hi Randy - When you say the NFT isn’t in the buyer’s wallet where are you looking? At a glance I see the token here owned by the wallet with 0921 Upper Junction Falls

Morning. Matt is saying the NFT image isn’t showing in his wallet.

Hi Randy
Can you clarify where Matt is trying to view it right now?

  • OpenSea
  • a wallet app
  • another marketplace

If it’s a wallet, which one? A screenshot would help too. I checked ownership onchain and token #2 is in the buyer wallet, so I want to make sure we’re solving the right problem — whether this is an OpenSea indexing issue, a wallet display issue, or something else.

The buyer is sill having trouble viewing the image in his wallet on OS etc… any idea why the piece does not appear on OS?

Hi Randy,

I do see the piece rendering here: Upper Junction Falls at 8pm #2 - Canadian Wilds Landscapes | OpenSea

Please let me know if that is the piece you are referring to. Otherwise, could you share a link to where the image is not displaying?

Hi. This is the correct image: Upper Junction Falls

dongqtm, These are two different tokens. Upper Junction Falls at 8PM #2 appears on Opensea but is different than the piece I collected which is named just “Upper Junction Falls.” The piece I collected does not appear on OS, Raster or Deca. The three sites I use to enjoy my collection.

On the Manifold page the piece I collected is also listed as token #2. I am wondering if the fact both pieces are “Token 2” is the problem?

Would the issue be fixed if we burned and reminted either one of the tokens?

Hey Manifold Team,

Following up on this. To recap, the piece I collected on Manifold does not appear on OpenSea, Raster, or Deca. There is an error somewhere.

Manifold, Randy and I all need this issue resolved please as I am unable to enjoy this artwork when looking at my collection. And isn’t that the point of collecting Digital Art?

If artwork does not appear on the most common UIs, this is a serious deterent to collecting work from Manifold.

Thank you.

Hi guys,
Would love to figure this out for you all.
I am having trouble identifying the issue since the token renders on both OS and Rarible for me.
Rarible:

Would you be able to provide me screenshots of how the token looks on your wallet please?

I do notice that the token does not render properly on Opensea. It does show correctly on Rarible at Upper Junction Falls

The tokens data on-chain is perfectly fine, this seem to a display issue, I will reach out to Opensea and update you. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for the reply.

Since I last DM’d the team, I found a Manifold page with 24 of Randy’s tokens. Of the 24 tokens, 23 of them do not properly link to OpenSea.

I believe this is the issue.

Here is the link to the Manifold page:

Also to repeat my piece and I assume the other 22, do not appear on Raster or Deca either.

I agree the on chain data is fine for these tokens and that it is a Display issue.

This is almost certainly not an OpenSea issue. There is something broken in the way Manifold sends the info to the other Sites.

Thanks.

Thank you

Manifold Team,

Following up here. Please address the fact that most of Randy’s work on the page above does not properly link to OpenSea, Raster, or Deca.

It seems like you guys can fix this.

GM,

We were able to reach out to Opensea and they mentioned the issue is fixed. Could you confirm on your end? We are in chat with them now to figure out what happened and why they weren’t rendering to begin with.

Thank you!

The issue has been resolved. Randy’s tokens properly render on OS now.

Thank you!
