Hi Randy - When you say the NFT isn’t in the buyer’s wallet where are you looking? At a glance I see the token here owned by the wallet with 0921 Upper Junction Falls
Hi Randy
Can you clarify where Matt is trying to view it right now?
OpenSea
a wallet app
another marketplace
If it’s a wallet, which one? A screenshot would help too. I checked ownership onchain and token #2 is in the buyer wallet, so I want to make sure we’re solving the right problem — whether this is an OpenSea indexing issue, a wallet display issue, or something else.
dongqtm, These are two different tokens. Upper Junction Falls at 8PM #2 appears on Opensea but is different than the piece I collected which is named just “Upper Junction Falls.” The piece I collected does not appear on OS, Raster or Deca. The three sites I use to enjoy my collection.
On the Manifold page the piece I collected is also listed as token #2. I am wondering if the fact both pieces are “Token 2” is the problem?
Would the issue be fixed if we burned and reminted either one of the tokens?
Following up on this. To recap, the piece I collected on Manifold does not appear on OpenSea, Raster, or Deca. There is an error somewhere.
Manifold, Randy and I all need this issue resolved please as I am unable to enjoy this artwork when looking at my collection. And isn’t that the point of collecting Digital Art?
If artwork does not appear on the most common UIs, this is a serious deterent to collecting work from Manifold.
Hi guys,
Would love to figure this out for you all.
I am having trouble identifying the issue since the token renders on both OS and Rarible for me.
Rarible:
We were able to reach out to Opensea and they mentioned the issue is fixed. Could you confirm on your end? We are in chat with them now to figure out what happened and why they weren’t rendering to begin with.
