The transaction shows token transfers so you can be sure they happened. Sometimes OpenSea flags airdrops for spam. A good practice is checking other marketplaces like LooksRare and Rarible, if they show up there but not OpenSea, you should contact their support: https://support.opensea.io/hc/en-us/requests/new. They can also sometimes appear in the ‘Hidden’ folder with OpenSea.

Airdrop and token supply is shared. If you need a 100 to be mintable and a 100 to airdrop, make a supply of 200. You can edit the claim to bump it to 200 if you haven’t already.
