I have a problem regarding a transaction.
I sold the following tokens from Manifold’s ClaimPage on December 19 at 8pｍ (JST).

And one user purchased it. Her address is here.
Wallet Address- (0x87a33F20A983759da937DeEd72f780f2b15A2a2D)
These two purchases are also on the transaction.
However, the total number of transactions for this token is 4, but only 2 are minted in the Openpensea display.
She attempted to mint again a second time because the minting did not work. However, when I check this buyer’s Wallet, there is no token in her Wallet. Of course, there is no evidence that the token was sent to another wallet.
The purchaser has paid the fee twice and has not gotten the token.
I am hoping that the token will be successfully sent to the purchaser.
Anyone know the cause?
