Physical series married to digital series

Hello,

I have some series of physical artwork that are numbered. Some customers have asked me for a digital version and not the physical artwork.

If I mint a series of numbered 721 assets, can I burn the tokens where the customer wanted the physical work and not the digital?

I have a workflow for printing and delivering the physical art and would like to use Manifold for the digital tokens.

And also vice versa, perhaps the customer wants the digital, but not the physical art.

If this is possible, which burn mechanism would I use to burns only selected numbers from an edition? Possible?

gm! Hope you’re well - Hmm have you tried out our Physicals product? It basically allows you to burn to redeem a token for physical. We help you capture address/contact details etc

Hey,

  1. Tried joining the Manifold Discord server, but message says “Invalid invitation”.

Expired invitation?

  1. Many of my customers will not have crypto wallets and are not sophisticated enough to burn tokens.

Goal would be to mint all numbered tokens, and then I will burn the tokens that match any physical piece bought. I a customer buys “9” from a series of 25, I would burn 9 before I print the physical piece numbered 9.

I think I get it - so you’re looking to keep track of all of the tokens/owners burn on your end?

Yes - there will only be X number. They can either be physical or token. Same price.
