Problem Manifold + Foundation

I have the same problem with minting on Manifold and listing on Foundation the third time now.
I mint on Manifold, everything looks perfectly fine.
On foundation I can only see the contract name, not the artwork title and no image. Even after much more than 24h.
I can’t list or burn it on Manifold because it says the piece is not in my wallet (although I did NOT list it yet anywhere…).
I had this problem the first time I minted, then it solved like magic after 2 days and I don’t know how or why. The next piece I minted the same way, everything worked good without problems. And now I have the issue again but nothing solves this time by itself.

(Yes I am logged in with the same wallet on both sites.)

So sorry to hear this.

Are you currently connected to Manifold Studio with the wallet that owns this token? Not just logged in. We allow you to swap wallets once logged in.

If you are using MM you’ll have a filled in green dot in the upper right hand of the extension to show the wallet is actually connected. A green ring means it is capable of connecting but is not currently connected.

In addition please post the token’s contract address, id, and network so we can manually verify things as we go along. Thanks!

As for the FND stuff, you’ll have to contact their support. The token exists and has the name and image etc on-chain, they just aren’t indexing it correctly. This is especially true if you see the token just fine in our systems as well as OpenSea’s.

Thank you for the quick reply and sorry for my late answer
Seems like you are right and it’s an indexing problem on Foundation side.
Unfortunately they just don’t seem to answer me at all, to verify this…
I am not sure where to find the token’s contract address and ID?
I minted it on ETH (L1).
Here is the link to the “new” one, that is not visible correctly on FND:

And this one is the “old” one, that I removed from FND but is still on my Manifold:
