Problem with my Manifold Gallery links

Hi guys,

Some people are unable to open my Manifold Gallery links under recent Mac OS in Chrome, Firefox and other browsers.
I also use this Mac OS with Chrome and they work for me.
What could be the reason?

Love these pieces - Hmmm. it seems to be working for me. Would need to know a bit more info for some of these cases where it’s not working to investigate. Helpful info would be browser versions, if the console is showing errors etc

It’s also possible that their ISP might be blocking arweave links - are they describing that they are not able to view the image? or are they not able to load the page entirely

They said the page wouldn’t load…

interesting - we haven’t been able to reproduce. it’s likely something either about their ISP or region
here are some things they can try:

  • loading the page on a different network using mobile data etc.
  • not sure which region they are in but they could try using VPN
  • clearing their cache (unlikely that this is the issue if they are trying multiple browsers but still worth a shot)

Still have problems with these links, there was a guy, who was able to purchase two of them, but the third link wouldn’t open for him, and still doesn’t. He used the same device…
I lose collectors with this bug… :expressionless:
