Rather than creating a batch of tokens, can Manifold help to create a token that's minted and transferred from a contact form/wallet connect?

I’m looking to mint and transfer a token to my customers after they purchase something In Store (Physical store), that they will then be able to redeem as a discount In Store (via QR code or something).

Can anyone help talk through a process utilising Manifold tech?
