Royalty fees on OpenSea and the royalty extension support on manifold

I have read the Manifold FAQs and searched in the forum, but i am still unsure of how the royalties extension works and how to complete it as I can’t find any videos/instructions. 8th Feb 23 and I have minted my tokens on Eth mainnet and cannot update royalties. What are the next steps I need to take to be able to do this? This is my first time using manifold any help would be appreciated?!?
