What is your wallet address? 0x8469B7b08D30C63fEA3a248a198dE9D634B63d70
A summary of the issue : i am trying to airdrop a full moon token. The first batch froze sending the first time, and when I went to check if it sent on manifold end because it was under the review tab, it prompted me to send again. I did. It did the same loop of freezing and acting like it didn’t send.
I checked on OS and it sent the token twice. This is really annoying, but not fatal error, because I have extra of the token, but it did double send the airdrop.
Now it’s still in the loop, I think I cancelled it but I’m unsure. i try to send anothing batch, but I’m afraid to because I don’t know if it’s sending the og batch, or a new batch.
I have 3600 wallets to airdrop this to to initiate a new full moon airdrop like i was doing on tezos. I need to do these airdrops every full moon now, so the airdrop functionality working well is very neccassary for me.
What are you trying to do? airdrop 3600 tokens monthly seemlessly
What is the actual outcome? Are you seeing any error messages? the actual outcome i detailed above, its acting on your end like it doesn’t send, putting me in an endless loop of sending tokens to the same addresses.
it keeps asking me to review and approve. I went in and cancelled the wallet transaction. The next time I loaded it didn’t prompt me. However, I loaded new addresses in and I have no way to verify if it’s pulling the new addresses or first batch. I already transacted setting the royalties and that is showing up again to transact so its making me think the data didn’t get updated.
I went in, pushed the transactions to the wallet and rejected them there, and tried to reset. It’s prompting me again to set royalties which I already did. I went through with just that transaction and it’s hung on this screen. This is the screen it keeps hanging on like its not transacting. I reload manifold and it says then its in review.
I click the review and it shows this as if it didn’t go through even though on wallet level it shows it going through:
so i managed to cancel them all but i can’t transact knowing it will work correct. On the back end it shows i still own all the editions, but on OS it shows that 2 editions have been sent to 27 other addresses of my first batch that glitched.
ok this part of supply i figured out that it was minting more above my supply when I tried to airdrop which is fine, i can just burn down my supply, but this doesn’t resolve the glitch previously mentioned.
gm! Just trying to understand a little better. Did you enter a CSV when you uploaded your first batch? If you did, can you email that CSV over to us at studio@manifold.xyz?
Looking at the owners, it looks like a large amount was airdropped to yourself.
I tried to upload a csv of all my collectors during minting, but then it gave me an error that only can send to 250 at a time. So I minted how many editions I wanted to myself not realizing when I went to send more it minted more. So I split the csv into 20 different ones , but it’s just the last snapshot I took. If you need me to mail that I can.
It’s all very confusing. It would be nice if it auto split the transaction up into the 250 batches or something.
I see what happened. The way the system works is you basically have split into the 250 because that’s the transaction limit. And then need to send one at a time. This is good feedback - Maybe we can do this automatically so it cues the transactions up one after the other.
yeah it would make huge things like this easier, but it doesn’t fix the main issue that it keeps looping like the transaction doesn’t go through when it does
Thanks for the bump. I can’t seem to recreate this - Can you send over the CSV to studio@manifold.xyz? So with the editions that you’ve transferred to yourself, you’re looking to send those out and not mint new ones right?
When you’re stuck in the others transaction, you’re trying to airdrop the following csv?
