Studio Issue Report - problem importing contract to SuperRare.com

Hi Manifold team. i have tried to import my contract to Superrare.com. The first time i imported successfully but the artwork i wanted to list showed as an image not a video, ie. the Thumnail i had uploaded showed as the artwork not the actual video file. I deleted the imported and then tried it again, and this time the import has not worked at all. Just wanted to ask what could be going wrong? Many thanks for any help.

Further to my post above. The contract still seems to be taking a long time to verify, not sure if this is part of the problem?

Hi thanks for reaching out - It sounds like the tokens are working on other platforms and on Manifold and the issue the display/ingestions of the tokens from SuperRare? Have you spoken to the support on their end?

Hi Iyndo, thanks so much for your help - I have been in contact with SuperRare and they suggested refreshing the metadata, as this hasn’t worked I will go back to them with this info and see what they can do.
