in a previous thread that there was such a problem, it was stated that there was a small interruption with the system. but I saw that other claim pages did not have this problem.
I am having the same issue! changed some details on the token supply and price and now the claiming page doesnt work anymore
I am glad that I am not the only person in the world who gets 404 error. 
I think it is caused by a technical error. I am sure that the team will help us solve the problem.
