We’re aware that some of you are seeing your tokens appear on marketplaces without images or media. Thanks to everyone who flagged this – it helped us identify what’s going on.

What’s happening
The issue is with arweave.net, the gateway that marketplaces use to fetch NFT metadata and media. Your tokens are completely safe – the data is fully intact on the Arweave network. The problem is that arweave.net has been experiencing intermittent instability, causing marketplaces to get errors when trying to load your media.
What we’re doing about it
We’ve flagged this to the affected marketplaces and are asking them to force a re-fetch for affected tokens using alternate, more reliable Arweave gateways.
What you can expect
In most cases this resolves on its own as arweave.net stabilizes and marketplace caches refresh. In some cases though, a failed fetch gets cached and won’t self-heal – that’s the situation we’re escalating directly.
What you can do right now
- Try hitting “Refresh Metadata” on the token page on the marketplace – this can force a fresh fetch
- If your token is still broken after 24-48 hours, reply here with your contract address and token ID and we’ll make sure it gets included in our escalation
