Token metadata is valid on Arweave but not displayed correctly in Manifold

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the metadata display for two recently minted ERC-721 tokens on Optimism.

Contract:
0x5610e96ea683821f8c916aec746bc3f2919625ad

Network:
Optimism

Token #5 works correctly.

However, Token #6 and Token #7 have the following issue:

  • The tokens are successfully minted on-chain.
  • The tokenURI is valid.
  • The metadata JSON is available on Arweave.
  • The metadata contains name, description, attributes, and image.
  • The image itself loads correctly from Arweave.
  • The Token page in Manifold can display the image and name.
  • The Metadata/Arweave link from the Token page opens the complete and valid JSON.
  • However, the Manifold token/metadata view shows “No description” and the Contract page does not display the images for Tokens #6 and #7.

For example, Token #6 metadata contains:

  • name
  • description
  • attributes
  • image
    and all of these are accessible directly from Arweave.

I have also used “Refresh token metadata” in Manifold Studio, but it did not resolve the issue.

Token #5 displays correctly, while Tokens #6 and #7 do not, even though their metadata is valid and accessible on Arweave.

Could you please check whether the metadata/indexer for these tokens needs to be re-indexed or refreshed on the Manifold side?

Hi - Wanted to check in and see if this was still an issue? Taking a look now, I do see the pieces displaying properly through the Manifold link.
