I messed up a contract deployment on mainnet, looking for a workaround to burn it or transfer so it doesn’t show on my profile. I found your thread on “Transferring Contract Ownership” on how to transfer contract ownership, Yet I have followed all the steps and can not see the “transferOwnership” function after I connect my metamask to etherscan & also the contract that I deployed with you seems to default not allow my to transfer to contract. Please help me navigate this and let me know if the instructions have changed, or what other solutions I have to transfer the contract ownership out of my wallet to another.
