Unable to remove "finalized" listings from gallery page

Hi,
I’m trying to manage my gallery page.
It seems that I’ve had some errors or made some mistakes during management of listings.
My gallery page : HAL09999

These listings can’t be updated, but they appear as “LIVE”.

I also had some problems before with the gallery URL but it seems that waiting solved the problems. Mentioning this because maybe it’s relevant…

Can someone help with this?

thank you for bringing this up. your profile page is autogenerated, meaning that the “available” section should reflect what’s currently available.

the issue is definitely with us, and we are currently looking into it.

i’m sorry for any frustrations we may have caused, and thank you for your patience! i’ll update here when we have a fix.

No problem at all on my side, I began using Manifold long time ago and understand there were many changes since and have read here that some problems need manual intervention from support team, it takes time it’s normal :slight_smile:

Hi there,

Any news about this problem ? I can’t use the gallery in that state…
I think there may be something that happened cause at least the double listing disappeared.
But there are still 2 listings that say “finalized”, that I can’t delete, and that still appear on the main gallery page.

Thanks for he follow up! We’re actually going to be publishing a tool that will allow you to customize a page like this in the very near future. Appreciate the patience, will keep you posted.
