What’s the best way to verify collector holdings?

larzon.eth can’t redeem E/PUNKS: “burn amount exceeds balance.” OpenSea Owner List says they have 9 (burn is 5), their actual OS page only shows 1, BaseScan says they have 7, and I can’t find them at all on my Manifold Collectors tab.

Update: Multiple collectors having the same issue.

Another collector:

“On Zerion with Metamask mode enabled it says “Could not estimate gas limit: Execution reverted.” Using Metamask itself it says “No contract instance available”
