Here is what I want to achieve:
I have a photo zine that I want to sell (a physical zine). There are 100 zines to purchase.
I want to use your tool so that the merch can be seamlessly purchased.
I have… less than 70 photos in the zine though.
Should I start with one NFT that people can buy and redeem the zine with and then do a burn with 70 different nfts to burn their OG nft and get one of the photo of the zine? Does it mean 70 individual pages?
Let me know!
gm! Just trying to get a bit of clarity. So you’re looking to have collectors mint specific pages of the zine? Are you having collectors mint the whole zine as a PDF? Just curious to hear abit more about the drop as things like a PDF may not display on most platforms.
Hi!
No, my primary goal is to sell the physical zine, but I want the zine buyers to mint one photo from the zine. So, if you get the zine, you get to mint one photo from it, and some people might choose the same photo. It also means some photos from the zine might never get minted (it’s ok!).
Is that clearer?
Thanks!
Well, I wonder what is the simplest:
Since I want to limit 100 mints, I don’t think I can start the flow with 70 individual pages of the NFTs right? I won’t know what people wanna mint for a photo souvenir.
So, my thinking was to do one OG NFT (not a photo, let’s say, the cover of the actual zine).
Then with this OG NFT, you redeem the physical zine AND you can now choose between any photos of the zine (the 70 indiv pages).
It’s not just a photo souvenir at first I guess, it’s their way to buy my merch. So mint a NFT and claim, your merch. The real souvenir comes after, I think.
My zine is printed, it’s ready.
I wanted to sell on the manifold platform with the merch thingy. I’m based in canada.
