Where are you all hosting your large files?

Hey Folks

I realize there are a million solutions but I have a gate and have to serve a 2.5 gb mp4 file as inexpensively as possible.

I’ve looked into a lot of different things but wondering what you all are doing

Manifold uses Arweave, another option is IPFS

We tried using nft.storage/IPFS and it’s too slow if you have a large file, it’s not meant for 2.5 gig files, I would assume arweave is the same. It’s fine for images and even small videos.

ArDrive which is an application on Arweave.

I especially like ArDrive because they have a metadata interface where you can push structured data very inexpensively. The new Turbo feature is super fast.
