Base Contract randomly showing as Mainnet

  • A summary of the issue I have a base contract that started randomly showing up as Mainnet today when I try to mint more tokens. It’s not registering that it’s on Base.
  • What are you trying to do? Mint and airdrop tokens from the contract.
  • What is the actual outcome? Are you seeing any error messages? High transaction fees and it’s not going through

Sorry for the issue you are having. Just want to ask some questions if you don’t mind.
Do you remember when did you deploy these contracts for both mainnet and base?
Which manifold apps did you use to deploy these?
While you were deploying these contract, did you see any errors, sped up transaction, cancelled etc?

This was only deployed as a Base contract (Dec 2023), if you look at the contract page, Opensea, etc. you can see it’s on Base. It only recently started showing up as Mainnet on the Manifold site.

It seems like this contract was also deployed on the mainnet networks when you were trying to mint the 1 of 1, do you remember selecting the contract network for mainnet at some point during the flow?

Do you remember if you select “My existing contracts” or “New Contracts” here?

I believe I selected existing contract as it showed up like it always has.

What is the best path forward to use the Base contract? I’m not seeing it anymore.

Did you have multiple tabs open while minting by chance?
