Claim to Redeem ERC1155 to ERC721

I have a following plan to burn for 25 ERC721 tokens, but my question is following:
Do I need to uploads 25 tokens beforehand that can be different from one another or they always will be the same

If those are 25 identical tokens, would I be able to change metadata (meaning image and properties) after tokens have been claimed?

If possible, I would like to understand proper workflow for it.

You don’t need to upload 25 tokens. Just create a burn with one token then follow these instructions after your campaign has completed.
